Care and procedures

Consultations and exams
The sooner we can assess your pet, the quicker we can establish a diagnosis and a plan. Consultations, exams and screening tests are the essential first steps to uncovering what we can do to improve their wellbeing and comfort.

Ultrasound
A non-invasive, pain-free look at your pet's internal organs, using sound waves rather than radiation. It typically needs no sedation, and every scan is reviewed and assessed by a skilled clinician.

Surgery
From spays and neuters to cystotomy, foreign body removal, ocular surgery and lumpectomy. Every patient gets a physical exam and pre-anesthetic testing first, close monitoring throughout, and medication to ease the recovery.
Also under this roof
Vaccinations
A vaccine protocol tailored to your pet's age, lifestyle and local risk factors, with the time taken to answer your questions.
Dental
Preventative and prescriptive dentistry, from routine cleanings to extractions for diseased teeth.
Radiology
Digital x-ray of bones, the gastrointestinal and respiratory tracts and the heart, with less radiation.
In-house laboratory
Our own testing and diagnostics equipment on site, including bloodwork we collect and process here, so treatment can start sooner.
Endoscopy
A small flexible camera examines areas such as the gastrointestinal tract without traditional surgery, and can retrieve foreign objects or collect biopsies.
Laparoscopic spay
A 1cm incision instead of a 3 to 4 inch open abdominal surgery, with vessels and tissue cauterized rather than torn, and your pet home the same day.

I have been a client at Glanbrook with my pets for a few years now. They have always had exceptional customer service, but today it was next level. I said goodbye to my sweet cat today and every staff member was full of compassion.
I cannot recommend this clinic enough! The entire team here, especially Dr. Heather, is incredibly compassionate, professional, and genuinely invested in the well-being of animals. From the moment you walk through the door, the front desk staff makes you feel welcome and helps ease any stress.
From the front desk girls to the vet techs to the vets...everyone treated both me and Tucker with the utmost care and compassion. They always showed him so much love as if he were their own.
